About me

My name is Anna.

I have an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy for Adults and I have also attended further training in a many areas, for example: bereavement, eating disorders, trauma, parenting issues and short-term psychodynamic counselling.

I have worked with people of all ages in a variety of settings.

The psychodynamic approach considers how unconscious and past experience plays a part in our current feelings and behaviour. I will not be giving you advice or tell you what to do, but together we will explore issues that are important for you.

I am a member of the BACP (the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I adhere to the BACP code of ethics and I am fully insured.
